We began the project in November 2009, and moved into our new home by early May. Working with Mike and his team was less stressful than selling our previous home! We always knew what to expect next, and knew where we stood with respect to the original construction budget. Except for a few days over the winter holidays, there were tradesmen on site every single day. Many of our neighbours commented during construction about the neatness of the site. Mike always stood by his word and always found a solution to any issue we had after construction was completed. We have lived in our home for seven years now and love everything about it – including the excellent quality and workmanship.
